How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?

Do not exaggerate the frequency or impact of what occurred. Ask for an appropriate next step rather than attempting an unsupported fix.

What should I do if a relevant policy link does not open?

Do not assume an unavailable page means no conditions apply. Ask whether the supplied copy applies to your selected offer.

What should I do if a receipt or invoice contains an error?

Compare the document with the relevant purchase confirmation first. Use the seller's authorized submission channel for any required information.
