Elvish Yadav, known for his controversial involvement in snake smuggling cases, finds himself in yet another predicament. Gurugram police are gearing up to take swift action against him in a case involving physical assault.
Elvish Yadav has been making headlines for the past few days due to various controversies surrounding him, with allegations of not mentioning his real name being one of them. On Sunday afternoon, Elvish Yadav was arrested in connection with a case involving snake smuggling and supplying snake venom at a rave party. He has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days and is currently under continuous interrogation. In this case, he has made several startling revelations.
Following this, another case has surfaced against him, prompting the Gurugram police to initiate an inquiry. Elvish is facing an FIR filed at Sector 53 police station in Gurugram for assaulting a YouTuber. Subsequently, Elvish’s lawyers may file a bail plea in the district court today.
It is noteworthy that Elvish Yadav recently made headlines when a video of him physically assaulting YouTuber Maxtern, also known as Sagar Thakur, went viral. Subsequently, the YouTuber filed an FIR against Elvish. However, the matter was later resolved through a mutual agreement, and Elvish even shared a picture with Maxtern on his Instagram. But now, the police are set to issue a production warrant for Elvish and seek his arrest at the Ghaziabad court.
In this case, Gurugram police officials have stated that all individuals involved in the physical assault on Sagar Thakur will be arrested. According to The Telegraph’s report, SHO Bijendra Singh of Sector 53, Gurugram, said, “Elvish will be issued a notice to appear for questioning regarding the physical assault case on Monday.”
Elvish has admitted to his wrongdoing. Currently, he is in judicial custody for 14 days on charges of snake smuggling and supplying snake venom. Additionally, five other individuals are implicated in the case. As the police continue their investigation, Elvish has confessed to his involvement in supplying snake venom.
