Indian Share Market Witnesses Slight Decline on April 2 After Previous Day’s Surge

Fall in share market: Today, on April 2, there is a slight decline in the Indian share market during early trading hours. According to reports, the Sensex has slipped by 100 points during early trading. Meanwhile, the Nifty has also weakened, dropping by 30 points at the start of the day.

Earlier on April 1, despite good momentum in the Indian share market, foreign investors continued to sell off. It is reported that the yield on the 10-year bond in the United States has reached around 4.323%. Additionally, investors who are planning to invest in the market before the Reserve Bank of India’s policy announcement this week may exercise caution, which could result in flat market activity.

Losses in Adani Group Shares

During early trading on Tuesday, there was mixed performance in the shares of Gautam Adani’s Adani Group. Out of the 10 listed companies in the Adani Group, 6 witnessed gains while 4 showed weakness. Adani Power shares saw an increase of more than 4% during today’s market, while weakness was observed in the shares of Adani TV.
