The action thriller “Bade Miyaan Chote Miyaan,” starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, has made a decent collection at the box office on its opening day.
Released in cinemas on April 11, on the occasion of Eid, “Bade Miyaan Chote Miyaan,” directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, has received a mixed response from audiences. However, considering it was released on Eid, let’s take a look at how much the film earned on its first day.

“Bade Miyaan Chote Miyaan” has collected approximately 15.50 crore rupees on its opening day. While this figure is considerably lower compared to the earnings of previous Eid releases, such as the 2019 film Bharat, which earned 42.30 crore rupees on its opening day, and Sultan, which earned 36.54 crore rupees on Eid in 2016. It’s worth noting that most of Salman Khan’s films, which are usually released on Eid, have had good opening day collections.
Additionally, despite negative reviews, films like Race and Raees, released on Eid, managed to earn decently at the box office. Shahrukh Khan’s Chennai Express, which was also released on Eid, earned 33.12 crore rupees on its opening day.

Directed by Ravi Nath Sharma, “Maidaan,” another period sports drama starring Akshay Kumar, faced tough competition. The film managed to earn only 4.50 crore rupees on its opening day and a total of 7.10 crore rupees in its first two days, according to reports. However, expectations are high for the film’s collections over the weekend.
