Prime Minister Modi Attacks Inheritance Tax, Says “Congress’s Mantra is Plundering – In Life and Even After Life”

Prime Minister Modi has launched a scathing attack on the issue of inheritance tax, accusing the Congress of advocating for it. He stated that as long as individuals are alive, the Congress will burden them with higher taxes, and even after they pass away, they will face the burden of inheritance tax. The Prime Minister claimed that the Congress considers the entire party’s wealth as ancestral property and hands it over to their children. However, they do not want an ordinary Indian to pass on their wealth to their children.

Modi emphasized that Congress leaders

including Rahul Gandhi, have previously suggested imposing higher taxes on the middle class, who work hard to earn their living. Now, the Congress has taken a step further by proposing inheritance tax.

He accused the Congress of wanting to tax even the inheritance received from parents, implying that Congress’s mantra is plundering, both in life and even after life.
