With seven years of experience in Ayurveda and a degree in MD and PhD in medicine, she asserts that Hibiscus effectively addresses conditions like anemia, obesity, high blood pressure, colds, insomnia, hair problems, dandruff, memory loss, leukorrhea, menstruation, mouth ulcers, stomach pain, headaches, fever, burning sensation in the eyes, vomiting, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, skin diseases, and digestive disorders, among others.

Including its flowers, buds, leaves, and roots, is useful. The flower’s juice, ranging from 5 to 10 milliliters, or its paste, from 5 to 10 grams, can be consumed. Additionally, a decoction of the plant, in a quantity of 10 to 20 milliliters, or chewing its buds directly, can also provide benefits.
However, Dr. Priyanka warns against excessive consumption of Hibiscus, as it can lead to eye problems due to its cooling nature, which might be harmful for individuals already prone to coldness.
