Recipe: Make Quick and Delicious Creamy Falooda Kulfi at Home, Loved by Kids and Adults Alike

Ingredients
For Kulfi
1 liter milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon saffron
1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
1/4 cup finely chopped cashews
For Falooda
1/2 cup vermicelli
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon saffron
For Garnishing
Finely chopped pistachios
Finely chopped almonds
Finely chopped cashews
Rose water (optional
Instructions
Making Kulfi
Pour milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer the milk until it reduces by half.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron, and mix well.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Once the mixture is cool, add pistachios, almonds, and cashews, and mix well.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze it for at least 6 hours.
Making Falooda
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and saffron, and mix well.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Once the mixture is cool, add vermicelli and mix well.
Assembly
Take a glass and add a scoop of kulfi.
Top it with falooda.
Garnish with chopped pistachios, almonds, cashews, and a splash of rose water (if using).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
