Instructions

  1. Making Kulfi

    • Pour milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
    • Reduce the heat and simmer the milk until it reduces by half.
    • Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron, and mix well.
    • Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
    • Once the mixture is cool, add pistachios, almonds, and cashews, and mix well.
    • Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze it for at least 6 hours.
  2. Making Falooda

    • In a saucepan, combine water and sugar and bring it to a boil.
    • Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Add cardamom powder and saffron, and mix well.
    • Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
    • Once the mixture is cool, add vermicelli and mix well.
  3. Assembly

    • Take a glass and add a scoop of kulfi.
    • Top it with falooda.
    • Garnish with chopped pistachios, almonds, cashews, and a splash of rose water (if using).
