- Pour milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer the milk until it reduces by half.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron, and mix well.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
- Once the mixture is cool, add pistachios, almonds, and cashews, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze it for at least 6 hours.

- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cardamom powder and saffron, and mix well.
