Bajaj’s Sub-brand Husqvarna Unveils New Powerful Bikes at Affordable Prices

Husqvarna, the renowned bike manufacturer from the beautiful European country Sweden, has decided to launch two new bikes in the Indian market. These bikes, the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 and Husqvarna Vitpilen 250, have been introduced to cater to the diverse preferences of Indian bike enthusiasts. Among them, the Svartpilen 401 has garnered attention with its distinct features and improved riding experience.

Husqvarna’s New Bike Lineup

According to those who have experienced the ride, the Svartpilen 401 stands out significantly from its predecessor. This time, it comes with a larger fuel tank, giving it a unique look. Riding this bike has become more enjoyable, partly due to the slightly increased weight, making it a pleasure on the roads. In terms of appearance, this bike has surpassed its predecessor, becoming much more striking.However, with the enhanced features, the price has seen a modest increase. The Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 is priced at ₹2.92 lakhs, while the Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 is set at ₹2.19 lakhs.

Bajaj’s Partnership with Husqvarna

Bajaj formed a partnership with Husqvarna, bringing these bikes to the Indian market. Similar to how Bajaj supported KTM significantly, the company has extended its support to Husqvarna, elevating it to a major brand. Although the higher price may have deterred some customers initially, the company is hopeful that these two bikes can establish themselves in the Indian market.

Both Svartpilen 401 and Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 have undergone significant changes in their engines, chassis, and features. The new generation of these bikes has increased seat height and ground clearance, providing riders with improved ease of riding and enhanced cornering dynamics.

Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 – A Remarkable Bike

Talking specifically about the Svartpilen 401, it stands out as an advanced scrambler bike. It is equipped with a 399cc engine capable of generating up to 45 horsepower. The steel chassis ensures robustness, making it suitable for off-road adventures. Safety features include disc brakes and ABS. The bike’s key features include a 5-inch TFT display, 17-inch spoke wheels, and several new additions to enhance the riding experience.

Bajaj’s strategic partnership has allowed Husqvarna to make a mark in the Indian market. The hope is that through the Svartpilen 401 and Vitpilen 250, Husqvarna can establish itself as a reliable and appealing choice for Indian motorcycle enthusiasts.
