In this case, an FIR had been filed against Elvish Yadav and five others, including YouTubers, and Noida police had arrested him from Kota, Rajasthan. Noida police had sent samples for inspection to Jaipur FSL to investigate the allegations of snake trafficking and conduct a sample check for the rave party case. In the recent report, FSL has made a startling revelation that cobra venom was found in the samples. The police are actively engaged in ongoing investigations in this matter.
Elvish Yadav Accused in Snake Trafficking Case
This case dates back to last year when an FIR was registered against Elvish Yadav in the Sector 49 police station in Noida. The case was filed by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s NGO PFA (People for Animals). The NGO claimed that Elvish Yadav was organizing a rave party where snake venom was being used. In this case, a total of six people, including Elvish Yadav, were accused, and a case was registered against them. Among them, the snake charmers were sent to jail, and the samples of the snakes they had were sent for inspection. Additionally, the accused were questioned, and they revealed that the snakes were brought from Badarpur, and venom was used in the rave party.
