Google Drive rolls out its new Dark Mode feature

Google has rolled out a new feature for its users, enhancing their experience with Google Drive. To provide users with a new experience, Google Drive has introduced a feature called Dark Mode.

In today’s tech-savvy world, many users prefer using dark mode on their phones and systems. This trend has led many tech companies to incorporate dark mode into their services. Until now, the web version of Google Drive did not have a dark mode feature. However, Google has now added this feature to the web version, giving users a new way to utilize Google Drive.

How to Use Dark Mode Feature in Google Drive

After a long wait, Google has finally launched the dark mode feature. Google has started rolling out this new feature for the web version. It’s worth noting that dark mode was already available in the Google Drive app for Android and iOS devices, but it was not available for the web version until now. With the introduction of dark mode, users can now easily use Google Drive on their computers without straining their eyes. To enable the dark mode feature:

  • First, users need to go to the top right corner of the web page.
  • Click on the Settings option.
  • Then, navigate to the Appearance option on the left side.
  • Users need to choose their device as default from there, where they can select Dark or Light mode.
  • Once you select the dark option, you will see light text in the background.
  • Similarly, when you go to the light option, you will see dark text in the background.
