- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
- Ghee (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ghee with all-purpose flour and knead it into a dough by adding warm milk.

- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add green peas, mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool down. Then, shape it into small balls.
