The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for JEE Main Session 2. Candidates appearing for the Paper 1 exam scheduled on April 4, 5, and 6 can download their hall tickets from the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in. The NTA had previously issued the exam city slip on March 27. To download the admit card, candidates will need their application number and date of birth.
Exam Dates
The NTA will conduct the examination in 319 cities across the country and 22 cities outside India between April 4 and April 9. The Paper 1 exam will be held on April 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, while the Paper 2 exam will take place on April 12. Paper 1 is for admission to B.Tech/B.E courses, while Paper 2A is for B.Arch and Paper 2B is for B.Planning programs.
Exam Shifts
The Paper 1 exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the second shift will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Paper 2 exam will be held in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
How to Download Admit Card
- Visit the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in.
- Click on the “JEE Main 2024 Admit Card” link on the homepage.
- Enter your application number and date of birth, then click on “Submit.”
- The admit card will appear on the screen. Download it.
- Take a printout of the hall ticket and keep it with you as entry to the exam hall will not be allowed without it.
Candidates should ensure that they download and carry their admit cards to the examination center along with other necessary documents.
