Chief Minister Ladli Behna Yojana: The announcement of the 12th installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana brings joy to the 1.29 crore beneficiary sisters. Under this scheme, sisters can expect to receive Rs 1250 in their accounts in May. A significant statement from CM Dr. Mohan Yadav has surfaced prior to the next installment.
The Scheme Continues, Remaining Names to be Included After Elections
Addressing a gathering during an election rally, CM made a significant announcement for the Ladli Behna Yojana beneficiaries. He assured them by saying, “Do not worry, we will not discontinue the scheme. You will continue to receive benefits under the Ladli Behna Yojana.” He further added, “After the elections, the names of those left out of the scheme will be added. Our government is a government for the poor, a government that walks together with everyone, a government that strives for the welfare of all.”
Gradual Increase in Amount to Rs 3000
Earlier, the CM had stated in Shahdol that after the Lok Sabha elections, the Ladli Behna Yojana would not be discontinued. Instead, the amount would be increased to Rs 3000 according to the announcement. No scheme in the state will be discontinued. Sisters are currently receiving Rs 1250, and before the Vidhan Sabha elections, it was announced that this amount would gradually increase to Rs 3000. Sisters will not have to wait for the amount. The money will be deposited in their bank accounts on the 10th of every month, and if due to holidays or any other reason, it’s not possible, it will be deposited before the 10th.
Next Installment of Ladli Behna Yojana in May
As per the rules of the Ladli Behna Yojana, Rs 1250 is deposited into the accounts of millions of sisters on the 10th of every month. However, considering the Chaitra Navratri and Gudi Padwa, the 11th installment was deposited on April 5th instead of April 10th. Now, the next installment is expected to be issued on May 10th. However, considering the Model Code of Conduct for the Lok Sabha elections, there is a possibility that the 12th installment, like the 10th and 11th, could be released earlier, but official confirmation is awaited.
