Madhya Pradesh: The Lok Sabha elections are approaching, with polling scheduled for May 7 in Bhopal, the capital city. For the Bhopal Lok Sabha seat, voting will take place on May 7. Candidates for the Bhopal Lok Sabha seat can file their nominations between April 12 and April 19. Therefore, if your name is not yet on the voter list, today is the last day to add it. This applies to residents of Bhopal and other constituencies like Morena, Bhind, Gwalior, Guna, Sagar, Vidisha, and Rajgarh, where voting will take place in the third phase.
How to Apply
To add your name to the voter list, you need to apply through the Voter Helpline Application and Voters Service Portal. Once the portal is open, you’ll need to fill out the form. If you need to add your name to the voter list, you’ll need to fill out Form 6. If you need to change your address, you’ll need to fill out Form 8. Additionally, if you want to make any corrections, you can contact your local BLO (Booth Level Officer) to get them rectified.
File Complaints
If you encounter any difficulties in adding your name to the voter list, you can file a complaint. To do so, call the number 1950 and register your complaint by explaining the issue. Alternatively, you can also contact the District Election Office to file your complaint.
