NEET UG 2024: Good News for Candidates as Correction Window Reopens

NEET UG 2024: A significant update has emerged for candidates appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024. Once again, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction window, allowing candidates to rectify errors in the photographs uploaded during registration. However, other details cannot be modified.

The correction window opened on April 25 at 7:00 AM. Candidates have time until April 26, 11:59 PM, to make corrections to their photographs. Exam City Slip and Admit Card

The agency has released the exam city slip for NEET UG on the official website exams.nta.ac.in. This list contains the names of cities where the examination will be conducted. However, no official announcement regarding the admit card release date has been made. According to reports, the admit cards may be issued three days before the exam, possibly on May 2. This year, over 23 lakh candidates have registered for the exam, including 10 lakh male and 13 lakh female candidates.

Exam Scheduled for May 5

The NEET UG exam is scheduled to take place on May 5 in various cities across the country in a single shift. The pen-and-paper mode exam will run from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM. Based on this examination, students will gain admission to MBBS and BDS programs.

The reopening of the correction window provides candidates with another opportunity to ensure accurate details in their application. As the exam date approaches, candidates are advised to stay updated with official announcements regarding the release of admit cards and other exam-related information.
