Step 2: Visit the Transport Department Website

  1. Go to the official website of the Madhya Pradesh Transport Department: https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
  2. Navigate to the menu and select the “Online Services” option.
  3. Choose the “Driving Licence Related Service” option.

Step 3: Select “Apply For Driving Licence” in the Driving Licence Dashboard

  1. Click on the “Apply For Driving Licence” option after selecting it.
  2. A new page will open providing information about the stages of the Driving Licence Application.
  3. Fill in all the necessary information carefully, including name, address, date of birth, gender, contact information (email, mobile number), blood group, Aadhaar number, and upload documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, proof of address, medical certificate, blood group report, passport-sized photos.

Step 4: Fill Out the Driving License Application Form

  1. On the new page that opens, enter the learner license number and date.
  2. Then, fill out the Permanent Driving License application form.
  3. Pay the driving license fee online.

Step 5: Book a Driving License Test Appointment

  1. After submitting the application form, you’ll need to book a date for the driving test.
  2. Arrive at the appointed date and time for the driving license test.
  3. Upon passing the test, your driving license will be sent to your address.
