On April 11, there was an increase in crude oil prices in the global market. Changes were also observed in the prices of petrol and diesel in many districts of Madhya Pradesh.
In Balaghat, there was an increase of approximately 1 rupee in fuel prices. Additionally, in Agar Malwa, Alirajpur, Anuppur, Badwani, Bhopal, Chhindwara, Guna, Hoshangabad, Jabalpur, Jhabua, Katni, Mandsaur, Narsinghpur, Raigarh, Ratlam, Shivpuri, and Umaria, fuel prices saw an increase. However, there was a decrease of about 1 rupee in fuel prices in Dhar. Furthermore, in Anuppur, Burhanpur, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Dewas, Dindori, Gwalior, Mandla, Morena, Panna, Rewa, Sagar, Satna, Shajapur, Singrauli, Tikamgarh, and Vidisha, fuel became slightly cheaper.

- Petrol prices per liter: Bhopal – 106.47 INR, Gwalior – 106.73 INR, Indore – 106.50 INR, Jabalpur – 106.38 INR, Rewa – 108.87 INR, Ujjain – 109.96 INR.
- Diesel prices per liter: Bhopal – 91.84 INR, Gwalior – 92.09 INR, Indore – 91.90 INR, Jabalpur – 91.79 INR, Rewa – 94.06 INR, Ujjain – 93.31 INR.
Changes in Other States
Apart from Madhya Pradesh, there have been changes in fuel prices in several other states as well. Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal have seen a slight decrease in fuel prices. However, there has been an increase in Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, and Jharkhand.
Current Crude Oil Situation
In the global market, Brent crude prices have reached up to $90.74 per barrel, with an increase of 0.29%. Meanwhile, WTI crude was priced at $86.43 per barrel on Thursday.
