Quick and Healthy Grape Sweet in 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 kg grapes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  • Wash the grapes and remove the stems.
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, water, and cardamom powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the grapes and saffron, and mix well.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the grapes are soft.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool.
