Ingredients
- 1 kg grapes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Wash the grapes and remove the stems.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, water, and cardamom powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the grapes and saffron, and mix well.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the grapes are soft.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Garnish
