Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add yogurt and olive oil, and mix well.
  • Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Divide the dough into two parts and roll out each portion into a thin base using a rolling pin.

  • Once both sides of the pizza are cooked, add tomato sauce, vegetables, spices, and paneer.
