For the first time, he will be seen in this film in collaboration with director A.R. Murugadoss. The shooting of “Sikandar” is set to begin this month.
Salman Khan Prepares to Start Shooting for “Sikandar”
Currently, Salman Khan is in the limelight not just for his upcoming films but also due to security threats. Recently, there was an incident where two people on a bike fired shots outside his Bandra residence, Galaxy Apartments. Following this incident, Salman Khan’s security has been further strengthened. Now, according to recent reports, Salman Khan does not want to sit back at home after this incident and is eager to start shooting for his upcoming film “Sikandar” without any delay.
Shooting of “Sikandar” to Begin This Month
Salman Khan had announced his upcoming film “Sikandar” on April 10, coinciding with Eid. The film will be directed by A.R. Murugadoss. Salman Khan is keen to start working on this film without any delay. According to sources close to the film, Salman Khan will commence shooting for “Sikandar” from May onwards.
Director A.R. Murugadoss is currently occupied with the shooting of the Tamil film “SK23”. The shooting of this film starring South Indian actor Sivakarthikeyan will continue until June. Therefore, Murugadoss will have to manage his time between “Sikandar” and “SK23” in the next two months.
Release of “Sikandar” on Eid 2025
It has been reported that before the start of “Sikandar”, Murugadoss will attempt to complete as much shooting as possible for “SK23”. After completing a schedule for “Sikandar” in May, he will return to work on “SK23”, aiming to finish its shooting by June. From July onwards, Murugadoss will focus solely on Salman Khan’s film. It is worth mentioning that “Sikandar” is scheduled to be released on Eid in 2025 and is expected to be action-packed.
