Why Japan Experiences Earthquakes

You might be surprised to learn that the occurrence of earthquakes in Japan has become quite common. This is because Japan is located within the Ring of Fire. Most earthquakes and tsunamis around the world occur within this Ring of Fire. Due to the movement of the Eurasian Plate, Indo-Australian Plate, North American Plate, and South American Plate, they collide with each other, resulting in seismic activity. Consequently, Japan is considered a sensitive area in terms of seismic activity.
