The weather in Uttar Pradesh has turned harsh, with most districts experiencing scorching sunlight, making it difficult to go out during the day. The temperature is gradually increasing, and the Meteorological Department has issued a warning about the onset of heatwaves. Additionally, there is a possibility of rain in some parts of western Uttar Pradesh, while thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are also expected. This weather pattern is anticipated to continue on April 7th and 8th. However, the weather is expected to dry up again on April 9th.

According to IMD forecasts, there is a chance of rain or light showers in some parts of western Uttar Pradesh today and tomorrow

April 4th and 5th. Clouds will continue to move in and out of other districts, but intermittent intense sunlight is also expected. The maximum temperature in cities like Prayagraj and Varanasi may exceed 40 degrees Celsius, while the capital city of Lucknow will also experience intense heat. IMD predicts that the weather will clear up after April 6th, with temperatures rising further. Meanwhile, the minimum temperature is also increasing, leading to warm nights.

In Lucknow, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 37 degrees Celsius today, with a minimum of 19 degrees Celsius, while in cities like Kanpur, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, and Prayagraj, the maximum temperature may reach around 40 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of around 21 degrees Celsius.
