The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key and response sheet for JEE Main Session 2. Candidates who appeared for the April session exams can now visit the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in to check the answer key and raise objections if any discrepancies are found.
Currently, the answer key and response sheet are available for Paper 1 (B.Tech/B.E), with the answer key for Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning) set to be released soon.
To register objections
The objection portal will remain open from April 12 to April 14 until 11:00 PM. Candidates will be required to pay a fee of Rs. 200 per question for raising objections. Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, or net banking. All challenges will be reviewed before the final answer key and results are declared.
The JEE Main Session 2 exams were conducted from April 4 to April 9 across 319 cities nationwide, with exams also held in 22 cities outside India.
Here’s how to download the answer key
- Visit the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in.
- Click on the link for “Provisional Answer Key and Response Sheet” on the homepage.
- Enter your application number, date of birth, and security pin to log in.
- The answer key PDF will open. Check it thoroughly.
- If you wish to raise objections, click on the “Answer Key Challenge” link.
With the answer key now available, candidates can review their responses and raise objections if necessary, ensuring fairness and transparency in the evaluation process.
